お忘れ物に関して/Regarding lost items

当館での忘れ物に関してご案内申し上げます。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　We would like to inform you about any items left behind at our hotel.

チェックアウト後のお部屋への忘れ物に関して、当館では3か月間お預りさせて頂きます。　　　　　　Any items left behind in your room after check-out will be kept at the hotel for three months.

また、飲食物に関しましては衛生上チェックアウト後すぐに破棄させて頂きますのでご注意下さい。Please note that for hygiene reasons, food and drink will be disposed of immediately after check-out.

お忘れ物の国内への郵送に関しましては着払いで対応させて頂いております。　　　　　　　　　　　We will send lost items domestically on a cash-on-delivery basis.

海外への郵送は対応出来ませんのでご了承下さい。Please note that we cannot ship overseas.

携帯充電器、イヤホン、衣類、飲食物など多くお忘れになられる方がみえます。　　　　　　　　　　　　　Many people seem to forget things like mobile phone chargers, earphones, clothes, food and drinks.

チェックアウト時一度お部屋を見回して頂き、忘れ物のないようにご協力をお願い申し上げます。　　When you check out, please look around your room and make sure you do not leave anything behind.
