深夜の女性大浴場清掃のご案内　　　　　　　　　　　　　　Late-night cleaning of the large public bath

先日お客様より口コミで女性浴場の脱衣場の床に毛が落ちているやタオルの放置について汚い!!とご指摘を頂きました。

9/2～全館休業を頂いた際にナイトフロントスタッフとミーティングを開き、現場の状況と口コミとどのように対応できるか打ち合わせをしました。

Recently, we received a review from a customer pointing out that there was hair on the floor in the changing room of the women’s bath and that towels were left lying around, making it dirty!　　　　When the entire hotel was closed from September 2nd, we held a meeting with the night front desk staff to discuss the situation on site, the review, and how we could respond.

深夜の清掃と謳っていましたが、ナイトフロントは男性だけなので、清掃に行った時間にお客様が入浴されていると流石に清掃に入れない為、掃除が出来ない日もあるとの事。

Although they advertised late-night cleaning, the night front desk is staffed only by men, so if a customer is taking a bath when they come to clean, they cannot get in and clean, so there are days when they cannot clean.

お客様がなるべく入浴しない時間で、館内の見回りする時間が合致するこの時間に、入浴を停めて　　ちゃんと清掃をすることを決めました!!

We decided to stop bathing and clean properly during this time, when guests are least likely to be bathing and when we are patrolling the building!!

深夜も入浴できる事を売りにしていた為、清掃を疎かにしてたと反省いたしました。

We realized that we had neglected cleaning because our hotel’s selling point was that guests could take a bath even late at night.

お客様には規制を設けてしまいますが、何卒ご理解、ご協力を宜しくお願いします。

9/5の3:00よりスタート致します。

We will be imposing restrictions on customers, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We will start at 3:00 on September 5th.
